  I recently rented a property for 12 months+ through LJH Victoria Park after selling my home. I paid my rent in advance, left the place in better condition than when I found it and never disturbed the neighbours once but I was still made to feel like I was doing something wrong and under constant suspicion. I'm sure they deal with some difficult customers but this is no justification for treating all tenants as if they are dodgy criminals. Additionally, on more than one occasion I had to correct them about tenancy matters that they decided incorrectly in their favour. I would never rent or buy a house through LJH because of this experience.
